What does direct streaming mean? It means, you stream direct to our server from your automation system. Examples of those systems are SAM Cloud, Station Playlist, NextKast, RadioDJ, Mixx and many others. You just place your stream information into their encoders and connect to us.

With the ridiculous change to new Shoutcast Versions which limit MP3 streaming to 128 Kbps, we decided to boycott them and offer the far superior Icecast servers instead.
